I am a children's book author. I love writing for children. 

I hope you enjoy reading my books as much as I enjoyed writing them.

I have also written for children's magazines.

My 2 children's books, ALBERT'S PERFECT PET (2009)

 and WHAT KIND OF TURTLE AM I? (2011) 

   are works of fiction based on science concepts.

ALBERT'S PERFECT PET teaches 

 about pet ownership as well

 as the concept of cold and warm blooded animals.   

WHAT KIND OF TURTLE AM I? discusses the 

differences between turtles, tortoises and terrapins.

I have taught in early grades for many years. With every lesson I planned I would venture to the library to find books that would enhance the topic I planned to teach. More times than not I was disappointed and frustrated, not finding the best book to suit  my lesson. So, now I am creating those stories I know teachers will find useful, informative and enjoyable as well as their students.
